La Bergeronnette has a surface area of 140 m2 and consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the living room offers charm and authenticity with exposed beams, stone walls and high ceilings. The addition of contemporary touches is harmonious and gives an elegant and refined atmosphere. For your comfort, you will have a fully equipped kitchen and a summer kitchen. A beautiful sunny pool area completes the renovation of this holiday home, close to the most beautiful Bastides of the Périgord. With a perfectly arranged interior and an opening onto a beautiful outdoor space, this holiday villa is pleasant to live in all seasons.
On the ground floor you will also find a cocooning bedroom with a 160 cm bed. A dressing room and an adjoining bathroom are there to ensure you full comfort. You will feel at home here! A children's room with a bunk bed is located next to this private area.
On the first floor there is a mezzanine with a study, two comfortable and cosy bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and one with two 80 cm beds. Each of the two bedrooms has its own character with elegance and softness. They share a bathroom and toilet.
